• Once purchased, tickets cannot be canceled, exchanged, or refunded.
• Ticket reservations will be void 45 minutes before showtime. Customers must collect their tickets from the Box Office at least 45 minutes prior to the start.
• A separate ticket is required for children taller than 3 feet.
• For 3D films, glasses will be provided and must be returned before leaving the cinema.
• In the event of lost or damaged 3D glasses, customers will be charged as per Kashi Cineplex policy.
• Children under 16 are not permitted to watch movies with an 'A' certification. Proof of age is required for entry.
• No outside food or drinks are permitted within the cinema premises.
• Only individuals with valid tickets are allowed to enter.
